Flying circuits in spain

In spain, a ulm airplane may not fly higher then  300 meter above groundlevel. It means if you want to fly  over  5000 feet high mountain, you will fly over it at 5300 feet. If you  are flying  along the coastline, your max hight will be 300 meter. So in reality you wil be flying  more times higher then  300 meter Qfe. Circuits are flown at 500 ft Qfe. Qfe stands for hight above groundlevel.
